Vishwaroop - Concept Art From Swayambhu, a graphic novel by Sumit Gawari (Graduation Project 2026, Unitedworld Institute of Design)

The form is rendered at universe-scale: blue-skinned, cross-legged in stillness, yet radiating absolute power through eight arms, each holding a divine weapon or symbol. Multiple heads crown the figure, each face representing a different aspect of existence, serene, fierce, leonine, elephant-headed. Planets orbit at his feet like scattered marbles, making the cosmos feel like something he simply sits inside of.

This moment appears in Chapter 2, when Lord Vishnu reveals this form to finally slay the demons Madhu and Kaitabh, lifting them onto his thighs, into the only space between earth and sky where no water could touch them, and ending a five-thousand-year war.

Look closely. Something else is hidden in this art piece.
The visual goal: make the viewer feel small. Not afraid. Hopeful.
